1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all coaching programs. If you're not satisfied, we'll provide a full refund of your program fees.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. You must request a refund by emailing info@biosclearkne.world with your order details. Refunds apply to program fees only; they do not cover session materials, workbooks, or downloads already provided.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we'll process it within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Cancellation of Ongoing Programs

If you cancel an ongoing program after the 14-day window, your next scheduled session will be your final session. No refunds for partial programs after 14 days; however, you retain access to materials already provided.

5. Session Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit that session. Contact us to discuss your situation.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Free consultations are non-refundable. Materials, workbooks, and digital resources are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
